In years of corporate real estate experience, one type of issue always seems to oscillate between the “ace in the hole” and the “thorn in the side”… that was finding or knowing local experts, particularly when it comes to botique tenant representation, regional construction firms, and other speciality consultants.
Here we begin the daunting attempt to catalog these people by geographic market. It is our intention to use this space to highlight those who are NOT owned or legally/financially beholden to larger entities. As it becomes a long list, we may develop a drill-down menu format.
